Processing time

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Processing starts after payment is approved.

Methods, costs and delivery times

We ship with standard and express carriers; the cost and estimated delivery time of each option are calculated at checkout from your address. Free shipping on orders over $99. Delivery times are estimates.

The shipping cost for your order is always shown at checkout, before you pay.

Heavy, bulk and restricted items

Paint cans and bulk wholesale orders are heavy. They may ship in more than one package.

Solvents and some other chemical products may be classified as restricted or hazardous by carriers. This can limit the shipping methods available for them, and any such limitation is shown at checkout.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by e-mail when the order ships.

Receiving your order

Please check your packages on arrival. If any can is dented, open or leaking, take photos before discarding the packaging.

Store products as indicated on the label: closed, away from heat and out of reach of children.
